Irish Hold Steady On Day Two Of The Landfall Tradition|

WILMINGTON, N.C. --- The Notre Dame women's golf team stayed consistent today in the second round of the Landfall Tradition at the Country Club of Landfall. After 36 holes, the Irish remain in 12th place out of 18 teams with a score of 619 (314-305), 43-over par on the Pete Dye designed layout.
Junior Ashley Armstrong led the Irish for the second day in a row with a two-over-par score of 74 with one birdie. She has a tournament score of 148 (74-74) and is in 12th place individually.
Freshman Jordan Ferreira improved her score from the previous day by six strokes. She carded a 75 with two birdies on the second day for a weekend total of 156, putting her at a tie for 45th place.
Senior Kristina Nhim had three birdies for the day, the most of any Notre Dame golfer. She finished with a score of 77 (+5) and is currently tied for 39th place with a score of 155 for the tournament.
Sophomore Talia Campbell and junior Kelli Oride both finished the day with a score of 79. Adding to the fact that they tied yesterday with scores of 81, both are currently standing at a tie for 70th place with a score of 160.
