Feb. 28, 2014

EVANSTON, Ill. - Due to a forecast of continued inclement weather conditions in Chicago, the No. 12 Notre Dame women's lacrosse team's game on Wednesday, March 5 at No. 4 Northwestern has been moved. The contest will remain set for Wednesday, however, instead of playing at the Wildcats' Lakeside Field, the game will now be played indoors in the Lake Barrington Field House in Lake Barrington, Ill. and begin at 9:30 p.m. ET.

The Fighting Irish stand at 2-2 on the season and will play Virginia Tech on Sunday in Blacksburg. The Wildcats are 3-0 on the year and are off until playing Notre Dame on March 5. This will be the 17th meeting all-time between the sides during Notre Dame's 18-year women's lacrosse history.
