AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the 2003 BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team ... rowed in the second varsity eight for the spring ... finished sixth in the grand finals at Central Sprints ... placed fourth at the prestigious Windermere Cup ... won first at BIG EAST ... also had first place finishes against Iowa, Dayton and Clemson and at the Indiana Classic ... placed second against Michigan State and against Tennessee ... in the fall, rowed in the third varsity eight at the Milwaukee River Challenge, placing 20th ... was in the fourth varsity eight against Kansas and at the Head of the Rock ... sat bow seat, finishing sixth at home against Kansas ... came in 18th at the Head of the Rock.
