NOTRE DAME, Ind. -
Due to a scoring error at the South/Central Sprints, the Notre Dame rowing team has moved from ninth-place overall to eighth as well as to sixth-place (from seventh) in the Central Region.
Initially the Irish were credited with 226 team points for the event, but were not given the 10 points that should have been received due to the novice eight boat's fifth-place result in the Petite Final.
With the 10 additional points being added, the Irish moved ahead of Minnesota in the Central Region and overall standings, as the Gophers finished with a team score of 231.
