NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- The University of Notre Dame women’s soccer head coach Nate Norman recently announced the hiring of Anna Gonzalez as its director of operations.
Gonzalez, who hails from Wichita, Kansas, graduated from Notre Dame in 2016. Gonzalez previously worked as a production assistant with Fighting Irish Media, the University’s athletic storytelling unit.
In her role as women’s soccer director of operations, Gonzalez will assist in promoting the women’s soccer team’s brand and stories through a variety of mediums including, but not limited to, social media, video and recruiting efforts.
“Anna will help give fans and recruits insight on what our program is all about,” Norman said. “She will help tell our story through a student-athlete lens and will also help us utilize our video technology from a highlight and analytics standpoint. It is rare that you can have someone on staff with the advanced skill-set that Anna has.”
