Sunday's championship game (11:00 a.m. CST) will be telecast by various BIG EAST affiliates ... the Irish are riding an eight-game win streak and 30-game scoring streak, with 87 total goals while allowing just 76 opponent shots (35 on goal) ... the final regular-season game saw ND three goals in a 51-second span vs. Georgetown (quickest 3G stretch in ND history) ... ND's 10-0-0 home mark this season includes a 48-3 scoring edge, just 29 opponent shots and only 11 opp. shots on goal (1.1/gm) ... the current win streak includes a 38-1 goalscoring margin (with a 571-minute shutout streak that ended vs. GU) ... the Irish lead the nation in scoring with 4.58 goals/gm, paced by the nation's top scoring tandem of senior Katie Thorlakson (15G-26A; 56 pts) and freshman Kerri Hanks (22G-13A; 57 pts) - with sophomore F/M Amanda Cinalli (6G-14A) ranking 7th nationally in assists (the three ND forwards have combined for 139 pts) ... Hanks and Thorlakson are the nation's first 50-point teammates since 2000 ...
