AS A JUNIOR (2012): Enjoyed a breakout season for Notre Dame, becoming the program's 21st All-America selection ... led the Irish in batting average (.360), hits (62), RBI (60) and runs scored (45) ... appeared in all 56 games, with 55 starts ... NFCA all-region first team selection ... second team all-BIG EAST choice ... drove in three runs in her only start of the season in right field against UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 18) ... stroked a pair of doubles and scored two runs in a win at No. 24 North Carolina (Feb. 25) ... drilled first home run of the year to help the Irish complete the sweep against North Carolina (Feb. 26) ... perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with a season-high five RBI in an 8-1 rout of Oregon State (March 10) ... drove in three of Notre Dame's five runs in a 5-3 win over Western Michigan (March 27) ... went a combined 4-for-6 with four RBI in a doubleheader sweep of Toledo (March 28) ... rapped three base hits and added three stolen bases in a home win over Connecticut (April 1) ... posted three RBI and scored two runs in a 6-3 win over Valparaiso (April 18) ... fell a triple short of the cycle, adding four RBI in a victory at Providence (April 28) ... equaled season-high with a tournament-record five runs driven in in the second round of the BIG EAST Championship against St. John's (May 11).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Regarded as an extremely versatile athlete with the ability to play a number of positions ... saw time at catcher, outfield and as the designated player during the season ... played in 46 games and earned 42 starting nods ... belted a two-run, game-tying homer again North Carolina (March 4) to put Notre Dame in a position to pick up the win over the Tar Heels at the Diamond 9 Citrus Classic ... started the season with an 11-game hitting streak ... hit .316 on the season with 23 runs, 37 hits, 16 RBI, three doubles, two triples and three home runs ... reached base at a .369 rate with a .453 slugging pct. ... drove in multiple runs against Delaware (Feb. 19) and Syracuse (April 10) ... the latter came on a two-run home run in the first of two games on the Orange's home turf ... scored twice in the season finale at Michigan (May 21) .
AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Hit .264 with a .396 slugging pct. during her first season with the Irish ... two of her 14 hits were god for four bases ... had a fielding pct. of 1.000 ... replaced an injured Dani Miller in rightfield to see her first collegiate action in the season-opener versus Creighton (Feb. 12) ... drove in a run with a single during her first plate appearance ... doubled against Oregon (Feb. 12) ... went 2-for-3 versus Auburn (Feb. 13) to extend her three-game streak with an RBI ... after playing five games in the outfield, saw action at catcher against Southern Miss (Feb. 20) ... first home run came in her only at-bat against George Washington (Feb. 27) ... she then homered a day later against Virginia (Feb. 27), a two-RBI shot that was one of five Irish home runs against the Cavaliers ... stole first base of the season against East Tennessee State (March 6) ... one sacrifice versus UNLV (March 13) ... scored at DePaul (April 22) ... scored twice during the three-game series at St. John's (May 8-9) ... singled and scored against Louisville (May 14) with a pair of putouts in rightfield during the BIG EAST Tournament ... started three games at the NCAA Tournament and had two hits in the second contest with Michigan (May 3).
PREP AND PERSONAL: Prepped for Brentwood (Tenn.) and as a sophomore led her team to a No. 12 ranking in USA Today ... four-time all-conference and all-district performer while claiming a trio of league titles with Brentwood ... three-time regional champion ... team captain in 2009 ... first team all-state in 2009 ... District 11AAA All-Tournament Team and MVP ... finished senior season with .564 batting average, 62 hits, 15 home runs, 16 doubles, 11 triples, 59 RBI, .597 on-base percentage and 15 walks ... holds school's single-season home run (15) ... district MVP in 2008 ... tagged as a first team all-state player in 2008 by the Middle Tennessee State Coaches Association ... played club ball for New Jersey Intensity Gold and finished seventh at the ASA 18 Nationals in 2009 ... had the opportunity to work behind the plate for 2008 USA National Softball Player of the Year Angela Tincher ... attended the same high school as former Irish volleyball All-American Lauren Brewster ...
