NOTRE DAME, Ind. -
The University of Notre Dame softball program will be offering instructional hitting and pitching clinics for athletes ages six and older Sept. 21 and Nov. 16. Each hitting and pitching session costs $65 per registered athlete. One hitting session will be held on Sept. 21 (11:30-1:30 p.m.) while four sessions will take place on Nov. 16. The pitching clinic is only being offered on Sept. 21 (9:00-11:00 a.m.).
The clinics will be conducted by Irish head coach Deanna Gumpf, assistants Kris Ganeff and Lizzy Lemire, and members of the Notre Dame softball team. The September session will take place at the newly constructed Melissa Cook Stadium, with the November clinic at the Eck Indoor Facility.
Participants must send a completed camp brochure to the softball office with appropriate payment by Sept. 28.
