The Men & Women's Swimming & Diving teams hosted the Shamrock Invitational at Rolfs Aquatic Center on January 28-29th.
AS A JUNIOR: Competed in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives at the BIG EAST Championships ... set a personal-best in the 3-meter dive (244.66) while competing at the Shamrock Invitational ... posted a third place finish in the 3-meter dive (239.33) against Auburn ... also earned fifth place in the 1-meter dive (241.27) at the same meet ... earned a Monogram.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Specialized in the 1 and 3-meter dives ... competed at the BIG EAST Championships in both events ... best total score in the one meter dive (249.20) came at the Shamrock Invitational ... best 3- meter dive total score (234.40) came in a meet versus Northwestern and Michigan ... earned a Monogram.
AS A FRESHMAN: Finished strong for the Irish in her first campaign ... dove to personal-best scores at the Shamrock Invitational with scores of 202.65 off the 1-meter spring board and tallied 220.10 points at the 3-meter height ... increased her total in every meet she performed at, raising her 3-meter score by over 50 points and her 1-meter score by greater than 30 points.
THE LISIAK FILE: Competed in diving and gymnastics as a prep at Carondelet (Calif.) ... placed third in the 1-meter at the North Coast Section meet as a senior, recording her school's third-highest score ever at the meet ... it was the program's second-highest individual finish at the meet ... won school's scholar-athlete and sportsmanship awards in 2008 and 2009 ... president of National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society ... member of Diablo Valley National Charity League ... daughter of Nancy and Jim Lisiak ... father played basketball at Marquette ... has one younger brother, Tommy ... attended same high school as former Notre Dame football player Derek Landri ... enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters as a double major in theology and Arts and Letters pre-professional.
