Dame's top distance freestylers ... will serve
as the core of the Irish distance group ... one
of the team's best workers ... good at challenging

Honorable as a junior after taking home the
Captains Award as a freshman ...also carries
a top grade-point average and was only Irish
rookie to be on Dean's List in both semesters
in 2003-04 ... has earned three monograms.
AS A JUNIOR
Was the team's second
finisher in the 1,650 freestyle event ... her
time of 17.17.91 was good for 11th at the BIG
EAST Championships ... had her season
best times in multiple events at the Notre
Dame Invitational ... swam a 2:14.70 in the
200 butterfly and a 4:40.27 in the 400 IM at
the Notre Dame Invitational ... also had a
season-best time of 5:07.23 in the 500
freestyle at the Shamrock Invitational...
upon completion of the season, was award
the Most Honorable, given annually by the
coaching staff to the swimmer that best represents
Notre Dame's image as a supportive,
inspiring, enthusiastic teammate.
AS A SOPHOMORE
Led the team in
both the 1,000 and 1,650 freestyle events ...
improved all her career best times in 2004-
05 ... qualified for the BIG EAST
Championships in the 500 free, 1,650 free
and 400 IM ... ended up finishing 4th in the
BIG EAST meet in the 1,650 with a time of
16:56.54 ... finished 18th in the 500 free and
27th in the 400 IM ... helped the team to one
relay victory during the dual meet season
... posted three of the team's top five times
in both the 1,000 free and 1,650 free.
AS A FRESHMAN
Integral to Notre
Dame's distance fortunes ... ranked second
on team in 1,650 free (17:13.06), as well as
fourth in 500 free (4:59.85) and 1,000 free
(10:15.14) ... posted three of team's five
fastest mile times ... scored five points in
BIG EAST Championships for 12th-place finish
in 1,650 free ... also swam the 500 free
(27th) and 400 IM (28th) in conference meet
... also qualified for BIG EAST meet in 200
free (1:55.83) ... recipient of the Captains'
Award, given to an individual who performs
well both in and out of the pool in pressure
situations and best exemplifies the term
"teammate."
