Doubles Team Falls in Rolex Finals

MADISON, Wis. -- The University of Notre Dame doubles team of senior Erin Gowen and sophomore Jennifer Hall advanced to the finals of the Midwest Regional Rolex Tournament before losing to Colleen Lucy and Melissa Zimpfer of Wisconsin by a 7-6, 6-3 count.

Hall turned in Notre Dame's best singles performance of the tournament as she advanced to the semifinals of the event before losing to Elisa Penalyo of Marquette by a 1-6, 6-3, 7-5 count.
