FALL 2012:Secured a 7-2 doubles mark and a 2-2 singles slate in the fall ... embarked on a 3-1 run to the semifinals of the United States Tennis Association/Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regional Championships with teammate Jennifer Kellner ... captured a 2-1 record in singles play at the adidas Hoosier Classic ... battled past Kansas State's Ana Gomez Aleman (6-4, 3-6, 1-0 (10-6) and held off Jithme Jayawickrema from Indiana (6-3, 7-5) at the adidas Hoosier Classic ... ended the fall season with Kellner (9-7) over host Western Michigan in the Super Challenge.
AS A JUNIOR: Ranked fifth on the Irish in singles wins, posting a 19-14 record ...achieved a 2-0 conference record and a 14-11 effort in dual match play ... won three consecutive singles matches to close the fall slate, capped with a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Mississippi State's Petra Ferancova at the Eck Tennis Classic ... opened BIG EAST singles action with a dominant 6-0, 6-1 decision over Cincinnati's Sierra Sullivan ... compiled a pair of three-match winning streaks during dual play ... claimed a 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-4) three-set victory over Paula Montoya in a team conference win against South Florida ... emerged as a doubles specialist for the Irish, posting a team-high 28-8 record with partner Jennifer Kellner ... only one of the team's 28 wins reached a tiebreaker ... the pair enjoyed two separate seven-match winning streaks, going unbeaten from No. 20 Texas Tech to No. 14 Northwestern and No. 21 Texas A&M to the second round of the NCAA Championships against No. 12 Northwestern ... pairing closed the season with nine wins in its final 10 matches ... named to BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Finished the year with a record of 20-15 in singles that saw her go 10-12 on the dual season in split time at No. 4 and No. 5 ... named member of BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team ... earned second monogram ... climbed as high as 78th in the ITA rankings ... finished with record of 2-8 at No. 4 singles before moving to No. 5 and putting together an 8-4 ledger ... during the tour portion of the season, earned a third-place result in her flight at the Eck Tennis Classic after defeating Ohio State's Gabby Steele in the third-place match, 2-6, 7-6, 6-0 ... wins at the No. 4 spot came over Yale's Annie Sullivan (6-2, 6-2) and Indiana's Kayla Fujimoto (7-6, 6-4) ... after making move to No. 5, opened with two straight victories over Oklahoma's Maria Kalashnikova (6-1, 6-1) and Virginia's Maria Fuccillo (6-4, 6-0) ... ended year with a record of 19-13 in doubles, including 13-10 in dual competition and 6-3 during the tour campaign ... spent majority of dual slate at the No. 2 position, finishing with a mark of 13-8 in those matches (also 0-1 at both No. 1 and No. 3 doubles) ... paired primarily with Kristen Rafael during the dual season after working with Julie Sabacinski during the fall ... knocked off highest-ranked doubles opponents to date when Sabacinski and she took down No. 17 Danielle Mills and Bistra Ostashoiysila of Miami (9-8) in the quarterfinals of the Sarasota Clay Court Classic ... ended season winning eight of last 10 matches, with one match going unfinished ... finished with five straight wins, including sweeping through the BIG EAST Championship with victories over Georgetown's Lauren Greco and Victoria Sekely (8-1), Marquette's Rocio Diaz and Olga Fisher (8-6) and No. 42 South Florida's Irene Rehberger and Ecaterina Vasenina (8-6) in the championship match.
AS A FRESHMAN: Posted a record of 16-10 in singles in her first year with the Irish program, including going 16-9 during the dual season as the team's No. 3 ... opened season competing at the Wildcat Invitational, before getting her dual campaign underway with a victory over Iowa's Zuzana Chmelarova in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1 ... reeled off wins in eight of her first nine matches on the dual slate, including a crucial three-set victory over Rika Tatsuno of Michigan (7-6, 5-7, 6-0) to help preserve the team's 4-3 win over the Wolverines ... defeated her first nationally-ranked opponent against Northwestern, knocking off No. 108 Kate Turvy in straight sets (6-3, 6-2) ... teamed primarily with Kristen Rafael during the dual season in doubles, registering a record of 10-2 (10-5 overall) ... earned 10 straight victories as a team, beginning with a win over Anik Cepeda and Carmen Pop of William and Mary, 8-3, and running through the NCAA round of 16 where they knocked off California's team of Annie Goransson and Tayler Davis, 8-4 ... named BIG EAST Freshman of the Year, marking the second consecutive year an Irish player earned that distinction (Kristy Frilling - `09), as well as being chosen as the ITA Midwest Region Rookie of the Year ... also chosen to the all-BIG EAST team ... named a BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
