ORLANDO, Fla. -- The 13th-ranked Notre Dame women's tennis continued play at the adidas College Invitational in Orlando, Fla., on Saturday, and senior Kimberly Guy advanced to the singles final of the second flight of the singles draw. Guy defeated Northwestern's Jessica Rush 6-2, 6-1 in the semifinals and will meet Florida's Annika Bengtsson in the final on Sunday.

Junior Lindsey Green rallied to beat Northwestern's Ruth Barnes 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 in the second flight singles consolation, while freshman Alicia Salas held off Tennessee's Brooke Cordell 6-3, 4-6, 7-6. Senior Michelle Dasso and junior Nina Vaughan dropped consolation singles matches in the first flight, while freshman Katie lost in the second flight consolation. The Irish also lost a pair of doubles consolation matches.
