PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. -
The Irish women's tennis doubles team of Kelcy Tefft and Kali Krisik defeated two teams Wednesday to advance to the main draw at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championship.
Tefft and Krisik defeated William and Mary's Ragini Acharya and Katarina Zoricic, 8-6, in the tournament's second round, before knocking off Texas' Vanja Corovic and Marija Milic, 8-6, to qualify for the main draw.
The top four doubles team from the qualifying draw advanced to the main event.
The Irish will continue play today.
