Senior outside hitter will miss entire season with stress fracture of her right foot after the injury precluded her from playing at all in 2003 ... has ability to take strong, aggressive swings ... stands as the only Colleyville High School native ever to win a monogram at Notre Dame in any sport ... one of just two Grapevine natives to win monograms for the Irish, along with 2003 graduate and women's soccer standout Amanda Guertin.

AS A JUNIOR: Missed entire 2003 season due to a stress fracture of her right foot.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Showed marked improvement during her second year in the program ... appeared in a career-high nine matches and 13 games ... earned first career start vs. Providence and responded with a team-high and career-best 14 kills (14-6-33) ... saw significant action against Loyola College, registering two blocks and an ace ... also played two games at Valparaiso.

AS A FRESHMAN: Saw limited action off the bench in her rookie season ... appeared in five matches and seven games ... first action of the year occurred during the Shamrock Invitational against Florida Atlantic ... played two games against Valparaiso, scoring two kills and her first career dig ... had one kill in matches against Syracuse and Villanova.

PREP AND PERSONAL: Two-sport standout at Colleyville Heritage High School in Colleyville, Texas ... lettered all four years in volleyball, as well as earning two letters as a sprinter on the track and field team ... earned academic all-state honors her senior season in volleyball ... set the Colleyville school records for career kills (694), most kills in a match (23), most digs in a season (201) and most career digs (554) ... undefeated during the 1999 and 2000 track and field district seasons in the 400 meters ... earned the volleyball team's Most Valuable Player award in 2000 after capturing the Heat and Hustle award in 1999 ... served as captain of the North Dallas Junior Club team in 1999 ... member of the National Honor Society ... her older sister Anna was a middle blocker for Georgia Tech and Tulsa ... her younger sister Emily is a freshman setter for Wake Forest ... daughter of Barbara and John Nedderman ... born Feb. 15, 1983, in New Brunswick, N.J. ... tabbed as an Academic All-Star by the BIG EAST Conference in each of her first two collegiate seasons ... named to the Dean's List in fall 2002 and in both semesters of the 2003-04 academic year ... enrolled in the College of Arts and Letters as an English and sociology double major.
