Mission Statement
Our priority in the Irish Strength and Conditioning program is to provide our student athletes the means by which they can develop work-ethic, discipline, attitude, pride, and a total program.
Athletes will train consistently, sensibly, systematically by design. We will provide our athletes state of the art equipment and facilities, and promote a safe and professional environment. Simply, to help prevent injuries and enhance athletic performance. We believe strength and conditioning is the key to having a successful athletic career at Notre Dame. We are always researching, developing and implementing strategies to give athletes the cutting edge to achieve optimal athletic performance.
