All address changes are required to be submitted in writing AND must include the signature (electronic or otherwise) of the customer shown in our records. Address changes should be processed directly through the Notre Dame Ticket Office, in addition to updating at Irish Online.

Enter the information requested into the appropriate spaces on the form. Review the information you entered for accuracy and press the Continue button at the end of the form. Failure to click on the Continue button will result in an incomplete address change. Please print a copy of the form for your records. You may also print the Change of Address Form, fill it out, and either fax or mail the completed form to the ticket office.

Please note that tickets cannot be forwarded and will be returned to the Ticket Office. The deadline for change of address forms for football season ticket holders and alumni is July 1^ST of the current year. If you have any questions please call the ticket office at 574-631-7356.
