Q: When should I expect to receive my season ticket application?
A: Football: Early April
Men's and Women's Basketball: Early August
Hockey: Mid July
*Dates may vary slightly depending on the season, please call if you have not received your application during these general timeframes.
Q: Can I bring in food/beverage to the games?
A: You may bring in sealed bottled water to our events. There are several concession areas where food and beverages may be purchased.
Q: What time zone is Notre Dame in?
A: South Bend is in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Q: How do I change the location of my season tickets?
A: You may submit a written request for a change in the location of your season tickets at the time of renewal each year. All requests are based on availability and your relationship with the university, including your years of purchase as a season ticket holder.
Q: I am interested in bringing a large group of people (20 or more) to one of your events, who do I contact?
A: Please contact our group sales customer service representative, Rita Baxter for any group sale information. She can be reached at 574.631.4165 or click here for more information.
Q: I don't understand my seat location, (i.e. 13;14;5,6) can you help me?
A: Section; Row; Seat, Seat. The comma between the seat numbers indicate through.
Q: Can I bring a camera to the game?
A: Small cameras are acceptable; however, any professional photography set up is prohibited.
Q: What is the address of the stadium and/or basketball arena?
A: Notre Dame Stadium and the Joyce Center do not have physical addresses. Please click the following link for directions to our athletic facilities.

Q: Do you offer tours of Notre Dame Stadium?
A: Tours of Notre Dame Stadium are currently being offered. For more information, including current tour dates and times, visit und.com/tours. In addition, we offer free access to the North Tunnel of the Stadium on the Friday before home football games. Please check Gameday Info for times.
Q: Where can I park for basketball games and is there a parking fee?
A: Please visit Parking at Notre Dame for more information. Please note that during Campus Crossroads construction, outlying lots with shuttles may be utilized.
Q: Does my infant or toddler need a ticket to attend a game?
A: Tickets are required for anyone who enters our reserved seating events for safety and security reasons. A ticket is not required for general admission regular season events.
