Please remember that tickets for wheelchair and other accessible seating are intended for individuals with disabilities who require the specific features of accessible seating to be able to attend Notre Dame sporting events. Notre Dame reserves the right to take appropriate action against an individual whom it determines has obtained or is otherwise using an accessible seating ticket through any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, such as by falsely claiming (verbally or in writing) to have a mobility disability or a disability that requires the use of the accessible features that are provided in accessible seating. The actions Notre Dame may take against such individuals include, without limitation, revocation of the improperly obtained ticket(s) without refund, ejection from the sporting venue accessed with the improperly obtained ticket(s) without refund, relocation from accessible seating in that sporting venue, revocation of purchased season ticket(s) without refund, and revocation of the privilege of purchasing season tickets to future Notre Dame sporting events. In circumstances not involving fraud, deception, or misrepresentation, Notre Dame reserves the right to relocate a person occupying an accessible seat to an alternative seat in an athletic venue if it determines that the individual does not require the features of the accessible seating.
