Marc Edwards joins the Monogram Club Board of Directors in 2014 to serve a three-year term ending in 2017.
Edwards is currently a telemetry consultant, working with forklift dealers around the country to help install, implement, and manage systems that monitor material handling fleets. Previously, Edwards was a product manager with Speedshield and brokerage manager at Independent Marketing Group.
Edwards earned his bachelor's degree in business management in 1997, and was a second round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in the 1997 NFL Draft. He spent nine seasons in the NFL with the 49ers, Cleveland Browns, New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears, and was a member of the Super Bowl XXXVI champion Patriots in 2002.
While at Notre Dame, Edwards was a four-time Monogram winner, two-year starter at fullback, and captain during his senior season under head coach Lou Holtz.
Marc and his wife, Darsi, have four children: Taya, Ella, Livi, and Xander, and live in Jacksonville, Fla.
